General information

Tossa de Mar is one of the few Spanish sea resorts with a well-preserved old center. This charming resort is surrounded by lush green hills that form a capricious coastal line creating all kinds of idyllic little bays with unforgettable views on a sky blue sea. The many restaurants offer a delicious range of fish dishes. This historical place has been a source of inspiration for quite a few famous artists, like Chagall. Some of his works can be admired in the city museum. The old city center, called Vila Vella, is surrounded by an impressive medieval town-wall. The old city is absolutely worth visiting in the evening.
Apart from its well-known day and night amusement, Lloret de Mar (3 km) offers many shops and restaurants. The botanical garden ‘Marimurtra’ is certainly worth your while.

This traditional Spanish villa is located in the quiet green hills of Font de St Llorenc, only about an hour's drive from Barcelona. Strategically built on top of the hill this villa is flanked by a green zone and offers scenic views of the Mediterranean. Situated close to medieval Tossa de Mar , lively Lloret de Mar and with Canyellas beach only a 5-minute drive away this villa is the perfect holiday spot! It has something to offer for every taste; whether it is a dip in the private pool, lounging on the terrace with it’s beautiful sea view or reading a book in the cool shade. It is also a good starting place for the several excursions in and around the coastal area.

The villa is suitable for 7 people and has a fully equipped in-house appartment which, if desired, can be used separately from the main house.

In the cozy decorated main house you will find the living area with fireplace, satellite tv, hifi and an adjoining balcony with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Through the dining area you walk into the kitchen which is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom has a bath and shower as well as the washing machine. Conveniently located on the same level are two spacious double rooms with built-in closets.

On the lower level you will find the apartment which has its own facilities and this apartment has direct access to one of the separated terraces for those who like some privacy. Here we have a double bedroom with private bathroom. Through the kitchen and dining area you walk into the living area where two sofa beds are located.

The pool area is equipped with folding chairs, lounge chairs and of course a BBQ!
Unfortunately groups of young people (averige age under 25 years) are not allowed in this villa.
